We are now on day 4 of the Intermittent Fasting Challenge. I hope you are enjoying the challenge so far! By now, you should be getting into the swing of things as far as when you fast and when you have your eating window.

And now, it is time for your first journal prompt. You can write down your answer to this question anywhere, whether you print out the journal page from the planner we provided you, or you just write it down in a journal you already have. Anywhere is fine!

What are 5 things you have learned in the first 3 days of the challenge?

Choose what type of journal you want to use and answer this question: List 5 things you have learned so far in the first 3 days of your intermittent fasting challenge.

Remember this is only for you, so no need to worry that someone else will read it and judge you. It can be something good or bad that you learned. You might have discovered some of your pitfalls with your healthy eating lifestyle, that you weren’t eating enough or too much before, or that you have a tendency to eat a lot when you’re bored.

Be honest with yourself, and just write until you feel you have answered this question fully. It is okay if it takes a little while before you think of what 5 things you want to write about.
